On Thursday, October 20th, the Ambridge Area School District hosted their annual Parent/Family Involvement meeting and dinner to learn about Title I of No Child Left Behind.  Title I provides funding for our eligible schools to offer additional instruction to students in the areas of reading and math.

Dr. Pasquerilla addressed parents and family members about the Ambridge Area School District’s Title I program and answered questions they had about the program.

Highlights of the evening included guest speaker Ryan Mundy from the Pittsburgh Steelers and Dr. Joseph Merhaut from Slippery Rock University who both spoke about the importance of parental involvement in the lives of all children.
