Not a parent or coach?  No problem.  Anyone who supports our organization can take the parent quiz.  Coaches can take both quizzes and earn two credits for Ambridge.

Each quiz contains 10 multiple choice questions. You can prepare for the quiz by reading the on-line coursework, or click on Take the Quiz immediately to test your knowledge.  Retake the quiz until you succeed.  There is no record of or penalty for failing a quiz.

After you pass a quiz you will be asked to submit your quiz for credit.  If this is the first time you have logged onto the site, you will need to provide your name and email address.  Next you will be asked to credit your point to your sports organization.  Enter the following information:

Org Name: Ambridge Area High School

City: Ambridge

In the drop down box, select PA

Press the Go button and the credit button next to Ambridge Area High School

An email will be sent to the email address you provided earlier.  Sign in to your email, open up the email you received from the responsible sports program and click on Verify Now.  You will be returned to the Liberty Mutual site.  Click on continue to fan page.  On the right hand side of the page you should see a My Certifications box.  There should be a green circle with a check mark next to the certification(s) that you earned.  Click on VIEW PDF to view the certificate.

Click on Spread the Word if you would like to have an email sent to your email contacts on behalf of Ambridge Area High School.  The more people that participate, the greater our chance of earning $5,000!

Randy Cosgrove is the Administrator for this program.  Please send an email to rcosgrov@ambridge.k12.pa.us if you have any questions.

Ambridge Anti-Bully Team presents at County Wide In-Service

Ambridge’s Anti-Bully Team partnered with UPMC in presenting the “Dignity & Respect Campaign” to Beaver County Schools on October 10, 2011 at the County Wide In-Service.  The “Dignity & Respect Campaign” started in UPMC hospitals and business in 2008. In recent years, this campaign has spread from UPMC business to communities and schools throughout the region. Now, over 100 schools and 50 businesses have joined the “Dignity & Respect Campaign”.

This campaign challenges individuals, schools, and communities to treat all people with dignity and respect which fosters an environment of inclusion and acceptance. The Anti-Bully Team is excited to be a part of this County Wide Kick Off Event for the Dignity & Respect Campaign. We’re looking forward to incorporating this concept of dignity & respect into our bully prevention initiatives.
