High School Varsity Boys' Baseball Head Coach
The Ambridge Area School District has an opening for a Head Coach of the High School Varsity Baseball program. The Boys' Baseball team competes in and follows all PIAA rules and regulations. The Head Coach must demonstrate strong leadership in player and staff development, sportsmanship, integrity, and character development. Qualified candidates should have should possess strong communication and organizational skills. They must demonstrate exceptional knowledge of skills and strategies of the sport of basketball as it pertains to interscholastic athletics in Pennsylvania. Athletic Department/Transportation Department Secretary
Full-Time Athletic Department/Transportation Department Secretary position open to all qualified candidates. Ambridge Area School District Food Service Utility Worker
The Ambridge Area High School Utility Worker works within the Food Service Department. The Utility Worker assists with unloading of food deliveries, storage of supplies and kitchen sanitation. Work hours will be 9:00am-2:00pm each day. Current PA Clearances, Background Check, and Drug Test required. EOE. Ambridge Area School District Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse
The school nurse serves in a leadership role to coordinate and consult with the school community as it pertains to students’ physical and emotional development. Assists teaching staff and administration in developing medical procedures and protocols and identifies particular needs of individual students. Collaborates with staff to build a caring and supportive climate within the school and creates an environment of wellness. Creates and maintains good relationships with administrators, students, parents and other staff members. Successful candidate will be a member of the Ambridge Area Education Support Professional Association ESPA/PSEA-NEA. Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse or a Registered Nurse. EOE.
