Notice for Public Meeting:
Ambridge Area School District Board of School Directors (“Board”) will hold its regular monthly Board Meeting on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Due to crowd restrictions, September meetings will be held via ZOOM.
If you are interested in either (1) offering public comments and/or (2) attending the meeting, details follow:
In order to attend the virtual meeting, you must first register via email BoardMeeting@ambridge.k12.pa.us. Registration is open until 4 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. Registrants will be sent meeting access information via email. When registering, please provide your name, address and valid email address. Please note that the public will be muted or otherwise expected to quietly observe during the meeting in order to allow an orderly meeting.
Public comment will only be taken in written formats via email in advance of the meeting. Public comments received in advance will be circulated to the Board and read during the meeting. All comments must include the resident/property owner’s name and address. Public comments will be accepted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org up until 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2020.
