Maintenance Worker

Assists the Supervisor of Maintenance Services in the preparation of job assignments, job training of new and inexperienced employees. Repairs and supports the installation of: irrigation systems piping, controls, pumps, heads; rubber, shingle, metal and modified roofing systems; ceramic and vct floor tile, stair treads and carpeting; various types of masonry, grout joint repair, concrete repair; masonry; baseball, football, soccer, softball equipment including bases, pitchers mounds, goals; landscaping, shrubs, trees and removal of dead trees and shrubs. Preferred Electrician Experience, Maintenance Background, Carpentry Background, Grass Cutting and Snow Shoveling Experience High School Diploma or G.E.D., additional education preferred.
